Event Organized by UBA_Wing and NSS_Society of ABESEC at Matiala Village,

one of the villages adopted by ABESEC, Ghaziabad, for their betterment and
development.

Detailed Report:
 The team members gathered in front of tea men’s café ABESEC at
9:41 am on 13th April 2024.
 The team departed from college at 9:50 am by the public transport.
 The team reached the village at 10:25 am.
 We reached the Govt. School at 10:30 am & the principal ma’am
welcomed us.
 We completed our Setup pf the projector, Screen, etc... By
10:50am.
 A brief Introduction on the topic and team members given by Mansi
Agrawaal ma’am.

Pradhan Introduction and Words of Appreciation

 Total population of village is approximately 15000 people with 5000

registered voters as in their latest survey.
 3 Government schools, 1 – Primary, 2 – Junior high School (100-120
students in both school).
 Hospital facility is Available in the in the village.
 Every Households have their own Toilets.
 Public Toilet is available in village.
 One Public Library (free and accessible to each and every individual
of the Village).
 40 people with BPL card, 4-5 Ration shop.
 20-30 people are in government sector for rest of the people main
source of income is Farming (30%), Labour work, Animal
husbandry.
 The Pradhan talked about good education system in village,
availability of electricity (18 Hours), gas connection, safe and clean
road etc.
 The water from the government hand pump is not drinkable and
due to this many people are suffering from stone and other water
diseases.

The Seminar Started at 11:00 Am

Topic:- Cyber Scam and it’s Prevention
In Seminar Team Talked about the following topics:-
1. Meaning and definition of Cyber Fraud
2. Types of Cyber Attacks like fishing, ransomeware, etc…
3. How to identify Cyber Attacks
4. Some data related to Cyber crime
5. Some real life examples through videos and act
6. Prevention from Cyber Attack
7. Complain for the Cyber Crime through helpline number and website
8. We also met a victim (a female who transferred 2000 Rs.) of cyber-Crime .
All accessories required to take Seminar such as Projector, Screen, Sound-box
and Mic etc. were provided by our college (ABES Engineering College
Ghaziabad).
The team played Several Videos to Aware the people regarding the Importance
of Education. We interacted with the villagers, took survey of common places,
searched for the problems and discussed the solutions with the people.

OUR OBSERVATIONS:-
 The Government school was well maintained.
 Roads are developed and few are under construction.
 Electricity backup is available in the government school
in case of any emergency or any event.
 Electricity is available at times
 The school had water cooler also.
 The staff was very friendly with the students.
