EXTENSION, PATPARGANJ, DELHI - 110092 F No.39/ DBSEESTEAssessmen2023247 Cy Date Fa Oy 3a CIRCULAR cubic: Result and re-evaluation process for DBSE Secondary Cerificate Assessment (SCA) and Senior Secondary Certificate Assessment (SSCA) ~ 2023 -24 PASE Secondary Certificate Assessment (SCA) was conducted in two terms, 2519 students studying in class 10 from 31 Dr B.R. Ambedkar Schools for Specialised txcelence (ASOSE) and Delhi Model Virtual School appeared for the SCA. DBSE ‘Senior Secondary Certicate Assessment (SSCA) was also conducted in two terms. 736 Students of lass 12 from 12 Dr 8. Ambedkar Schools for Specialised fveelionce (ASOSE) and Armed Force Preparatory School (AFPS) appeared for SSCA, Result wil be available to afiiated schools through MIS result portal on 1* May 2024, Result can be downloaded by individual students from DoE website from 6 May 2028 onward, As Per DBSE norms, the procedure for selecting best performance in five subjectsis as under: © Atleast one language subject - Either Hindi/English © Atleast one specialised subject © Best three grade points in three of the remaining subjects A. Re-evaluation Evaluation of the student response booklets was done following standardised norms. To ensure qualitative, objective and error-free evaluation below steps were followed. 2. Centralized evaluation was done at DBSE from 20 February 2024~29 March 2024. 2. Senior teachers with considerable experience evaluated the anonymised students’ response sheets. Evaluators were trained for the evaluation, 4. Evaluation data was captured on MIS portal (as per scoring instructions) by teachers deputed at DBSE for the purpose. After maintaining the quality of evaluation, approved methodology was used for the result generation. Rigorous measures are taken in evaluation and in the result generation, however, if a student wish verification of score points or inspection of copy of their evaluated response booklet(s) for the Purpose of re-evaluation of answers, they can request the Board (Annexure 1 attached). Below are the modalities and schedule for SSCA and SCA 2024 re-evaluation process. 1) Students can fill the re-evaluation form from 6 May to 18 May 2024. 2) Verification of score points - 27 May 2024 — 1 June 2024. © scanned with OKEN Scanner 3) Inspection of the photocopy of the evaluated response booklet for the purpose of re. evaluation of a student booklet from 3 June ~8 June 2024 at DBSE, LP. Application will come from the DBSE affiliated school in which the candidate is registered. b. Candidate would get communication through school in case his/her application for. inspecting the photocopy for the purpose of re-evaluation would be accepted by the DBSE ©. Once the application is approved by the Board, the applicant had to visit DBSE to gain access | to scoring instructions along with the photocopy of response booklet. He/she would be allowed to inspect the copy in presence of Board authorised person. d. The re-evaluation can result in increase/decrease of grade point. In case of the above mentioned two activities, the decision of the Board on the score point awarded shall be final and binding on the candidate, no second chance would be provided. B.
