Accident Investigation Procedure

10 Steps
Secure the Accident Scene

Description:

Ensure that the area is safe and secure to prevent further accidents or

injuries.

After a worker slipped and fell in a manufacturing plant, the area was

secured by cordoning it off with caution tape and ensuring that the

machinery was turned off.


Notify Authorities

Description:

Document the Scene

Gather Information
