dated 09-04-2024, on the subject cited above. I have the honour to intimate that
no such books entitled as ‘Law of Injunctions’ by Dr.Mohini , HCS(J) has been
purchased by this office for the use of Court Libraries.

In reference to your letter No. 31 dated 02-02-2024, on the subject
cited above, it is intimated that the new act of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita has not
been approved for the Court Libraries by the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High
Court, Chandigarh, till yet. Therefore the same cannot be provided by this
office.
