The Senate of the University of Zambia wishes to offer you a provisional admission on FULL TIME basis in the BACHELOR OF PHARMACY - PHARMACY programme in the SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES starting in the 2023 Academic Year which begins
i. Proof of sponsorship.
ii. Proof of 25% payment of tuition fees plus other user fees to commence registration.
iii. Adherence to the payment plan of 25% second instalment, 25% third instalment and 25% before writing final examination with commitment to adhere to the plan signed by the sponsor.
Kindly note that you shall not commence registration without proof of payment. Failure to produce proof of payment by Friday 8th of March 2024 shall lead to loss of your place to another candidate on the waiting list.
At the time of registration which will run from Monday 5th of February 2024 to Friday 8th of March 2024 you will be required to produce the following original documents: National Registration Card or passport, a valid study permit (in the case of Non-Zambians) and
certificates/statement of results as submitted to the University with your application at the time.
This offer is only valid for the 2023 Academic Year and admission cannot be deferred to another Academic Year .
A number of documents are enclosed. These are: schedule of fees, supplementary information and application form for accommodation. Please take note that this admission is not linked to campus accommodation. If you wish to be considered for accommodation please apply
If you accept this offer please sign all the three copies of this letter and return two copies to Academic office and one copy to the Dean of students, University of Zambia.The three copies with three passport size photographs should be received by the University by Friday 8th of
i. The University reserves the right to cancel any admission obtained based on false documents.
iii. A student who withdraws from studies within two weeks of registration will be refunded 95% of the fees already paid to the University.
iv. A student who withdraws from studies within fifteen (15) weeks into the academic year will be refunded 50% of the total fees paid to the University.
v. No refund will be made to a student who withdraws from studies beyond fifteen (15) weeks into the academic year.
