(TYEP) in New Delhi.
About TYEP
• Launched by: Ministry of Home Affairs
• Implementing agency: Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS) under the
Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports
• Participants: youth in the age group of 18 to 22 years
• Under this programme, young men and women of the tribal community
from the interior areas most affected by Left Wing Extremism are taken
on a tour to major cities and metros across the country.

• Objectives:
❑ Promoting the aspirations of the youth in areas affected by Left Wing
Extremism
❑ Aware youth of tribal areas about the development activities and
industrial progress
❑ Deepening the confidence in democratic system in these areas
❑ Awareness about major development and welfare schemes among the
youth of the tribal community
• In a significant step towards enhancing financial
inclusion and support for the fisheries sector, a
meeting has been held focusing on the 'Ghar-Ghar
KCC Abhiyaan.’
• Campaign aims to achieve universal financial
inclusion, ensuring that every farmer has
unhindered access to credit facilities that drive
their agricultural pursuits.
• Special focus on 'Ghar-Ghar KCC Abhiyaan’ for
Fisheries sector for the saturation of eligible
Fishers and Fish Farmers with KCC facility.
Ghar-Ghar KCC Abhiyaan

▪ Duration: 1st October 2023 to 31st December 2023.

Primary Executing
▪ It is an ambitious campaign to extend the benefits of the Kisan Organization
Credit Card (KCC) Scheme to every farmer across India.

▪ Aim: to achieve universal financial inclusion, ensuring that every

farmer has unhindered access to credit facilities that drive their
agricultural pursuits.

▪ This campaign will play a pivotal role in reaching out to non-KCC

account holder PM KISAN beneficiaries and fostering the
saturation of KCC Accounts among eligible PM Kisan
beneficiary farmers.

▪ Total number of operative KCC Accounts as on March 2023 are

7.35 Crores with total sanctioned limit of Rs. 8.85 lakh crores.
 Kisan Credit Card Scheme

▪ Launched in: 1998

▪ NABARD is the nodal agency for KCC scheme
▪ It aims to provide timely and adequate credit to farmers to meet their
needs.
▪ Implementing Agencies: All Co-operative banks, Regional Rural
Banks, Scheduled Commercial Banks, Small Finance Banks
▪ Eligibility:
❑ Age – 18 to 75 years
❑ For senior citizen (>60 years), a co-borrower (legal heir) is mandatory
❑ All farmers: individual/joint cultivator, owner, Tenant farmer, and
sharecroppers
❑ Loan is available to anyone engaged in agriculture, allied activities or
other non-farming activities, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries sector

▪ Loan: Loan of up to Rs. 3 lakh for a period of up to 3 years

▪ Insurance coverage: up to Rs 50,000 (permanent disability or
death) & Rs 25,000 (other risks)

▪ Card valid for 5 years subject to annual review

Saransh – Vidya Samiksha Software”.
• Through the software, real time data can be
obtained and the performance of more than 28,000
CBSE schools can be monitored.
