The SPOT CLINCH© 0404 IP series are ultra-light, totally pneumatic hand-held clinchers.
They do not need anything else than a 3/8” compressed air line to be ready for joining,
without any consumable, sheet metal up to 2 x 16 gauge (2x1.5mm).
Their design has been optimized for offering an exceptional power to weight ratio: 35 kN tool
force with a total weight of less than 10 lbs, including the integrated pneumatic force unit, a
safety opening/closing jaw mechanism and a rotating suspension ring. It is equipped with a
fast acting valve for high speed operation. Due its wide opening jaw, with long tool holders
and a depth of throat of 1.8” (45mm), the 0404 IP Variant 2 is probably the most versatile and
performing on the market of light fastening tools.
