1. The first line of a paragraph is indented.

2. A good paragraph has a topic sentence that introduce the main idea,
It is the foundation of which the rest of the paragraph is
constructed, This sentence helps to understand what the paragraph
is about.
3. A good paragraph has unity and coherence means that all the
sentences in a paragraph are about one topic.
4. A good paragraph has an appropriate terminator. It brings the
satisfaction.

four foundations like smart citizen, smart economy, smart
government and smart society.
