GASOIL Tanks Outlet Pipeline from between GASOIL and GASOLINE Tanks Dike:

▪ Dump truck will go backward carefully to The bridge between the tanks.

▪ New Soil and Materials will be stored near the excavation with a sufficient distance

▪ The rubble/debris is to be removed manually from the working area to the dump truck as per requirements (on
daily basis) transferring it (in an authorized Landfill Area)

Precautions:

▪ Banksman with reflective vest and Two Colored Flags (Green, Red) will Guide the trucks with the assistant of
Safety supervisor at the turns.

▪ Ensure that the driver has a clear view and avoid obstacles and working areas

Area 1:

▪ At the first Excavation phase, Entrance Gate will work as (Entrance + Exit), Dump / Delivery and Concrete Mixer
Trucks will take the road around the site.

▪ New Soil and Materials will be stored near the excavation with a sufficient distance

Safety supervisor at the turns.

▪ Ensure that the driver has a clear view and avoid obstacles and working areas

Total HSE Requirements for Site Traffic: (GROUP RULE CR-GR-HSE-418)

▪ Perform a daily visual inspection of the general condition of the vehicles and motorized machines before they are
used (or at shift change);
▪ Carry only the number of authorized passengers;
▪ If transporting loads, ensure the loads are properly loaded and secured to prevent any load movement, tipping or
dropping during movement;
▪ Ensure there are no loose objects in the cab likely to become a dangerous projectile in the event of an overturn or
a sudden maneuver
▪The use of radio link systems, walkie-talkies (except listening mode) and/or mobile phones with or without hands-
free devices (hands-free, Bluetooth, etc.) while driving is prohibited
▪Speed limits are defined and cannot exceed 10 km/h (6 miles/h)

Traffic and Mobilization General Mitigation Control:

•Valid Truck and Driver License (All Doc Papers)
• (Safety to Load check) Check Vehicle and make sure it's safe to use.
• Joining worksite Permit.
•Stay within the speed limit - 10 km/ hr.
•Conduct safety instructions for drivers in the emergency cases (Evacuation, assembly points, etc.).
•Always maintain safe distance from the vehicle in front
•Road preparation, Removal of any potential obstacles and keep them off-road
•Appropriate Securing-Balancing-Fixing the load and Avoid overload of the vehicle
•Avoid driving in adverse weather condition (high fog, very heavy rains, sand storm)
•All labors in the vicinity must wear reflective Clothes.
•Always use waiting lights at loading and unloading situations
• Work supervision by the Plant team.
• Safety supervisor should be present all the time to ensure truck moving inside depot safely accordingly traffic plan
•Safety Induction for Drivers (Emergency Exit, Speed limit, etc...)
