Introduction to
mentor
We chose Mr. Ashwani Bhardwaj as our Interviewee because he has
been working in the vigilance department in the past for the longest
tenure ever held by someone in their office and a slight mistake in
communication as head of vigilance department can lead to
repercussions that have far reaching effects . He is currently head of
the department of business development and has extra charge of
corporate monitoring. The plans require timely and effective execution
because even the slightest change and delay in plans can lead to
delay in execution and implementation.
