Executive Summary
I member my interview with Anjali Pathak, she was looking for a person who isoutgoing and has
current
updates about the Sale And Marketing world I realised this duringthe first few minutes of the
interview. As l got selected and I realised this was a crucial phase of my life. I was a part of Sale
And MarketingTeam at ILP OVERSEAS.
First phase of my internship was about getting familiar with the Products & Services offered by
ILP OVER
SEAS as well as the Environment (People & Processes) at ILP OVERSEAS. After a few days, I was
put into a team which was looking after the Sale and Marketing.
It was dynamic profile and various tasks were already planned for me by Ms. Anjali Pathak, that
included
researching other competitors profiles and have th e idea of the content to be posted and
checking search engine optimisation used by other competitors and use that to plan same for ILP
OVERSEAS social mediapages and website, which gave me the opportunity to learn content
writing scheduling social media posts and updates, and make the report at end of day of whatever
task I have done in the day.
I worked on different tools and techniques that was suggested to me by Ms Anjali Pathak to get
the knowledge about Sale and Marketing SEO, SMO and how to use those tools to improve SEO of
company's website.
I also worked a little bit on SMM and SEM, however as they require experienced person to actually
work on these as one need to pay for the ads torun. So we worked till saving to draft and not
paying actually and got the idea of how these works.
In the last phase of internship, I was able to increase more visitors to our websites. This was a
great achievement for me because digital marketing is measured by traffic which generated by
the Marketers.
It was a very exciting journey of four weeks. And I got ample opportunities to learn and apply my
knowledge which got. It helped me a lot to contribute to the growth of business.Also along with
core learning regarding marketing , this internship improved my writing skills, creative abilities and
interview-
-ing skills and result that I was able to deliver was indeed a confidence booster for me.
At the end, I was very confident that I learnt this new Sale And Marketing model in this Sale And

When it comes to my ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES so I have to do B2B telecommunications and
digital marketing on daily basis for our organisation perspective.
I have to make calls to different organisations of different cities of Gujrat and to engage them and
convince them to B2B with us. I used to make 50-60 calls daily basis depending on my mentor
providing the list of callings and also to make an organised data in an excel format of the companies
who are interested in doing B2B with us. It although increases my communication skills,
interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and marketing communication skills.

But here we have used EXPLORATORY research design.
In this study, we specify the process of recruitment and selection and how much satisfied they are
with all the procedures done. A research design is the specification of methods and procedures for
acquiring the information needed to structure or solve the problem. It is the overall operational
pattern or framework of the project that stimulates what information is to be collected from which
source and by what procedure. On the basis of major purpose of our investigation the
EXPLORATORY RESEARCH was found to be most suitable. This kind of research has the primary
objective of development of insights into the problem. It studies the main area where the problem
lies and also tries to evaluate appropriate courses of action.

I have chosen the QUESTIONNAIRE primary methods of data collection due to limited time in hand. I
have examined the collected data for completeness, comprehensibility, consistently and reliability.
I have also gathered secondary date which has already been collected and analysed. For the present

In this method a questionnaire is sent to the HR Manager concerned with a request to check the
questions in the questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of no. of questions typed in a definite
manner. I have chosen this method of data collection due to low cost incurred, it is free from bias of
the interviewer and respondent has adequate time.

In which 20 wanted canteen facilities, 29 wanted a better library and 19 wanted more cleanliness

Out of 10 candidates 8.9 are satisfied with the training imparted to them.
While 2.5 were not satisfied with the training.

8 candidates out of 10 feel that the faculty trainers were able to communicate with them properly.
Whereas 2 candidates was not satisfied with the trainers.

When we say digital marketing is a team work, we meant we need a good team for good
marketing, and having a very small team makes it difficult to do all the things and get the good
results, while competitors are investing at good level.
The current Marketing Strategy is not working upto the mark to generate traffic (potential leads)
that are
converting into customers and brand awareness.There are few areas of improvement which I
suggest can be
looked upon for growth
1. The company should collaborate with good digital marketing agencies to improve SEO of their
sites
2. MCN should focus more on paid marketing as their work is related to technology, and their
targeted customers are also updated with latest technologyand to convert them to client, they
should focus more on digital marketing
3. The company should hire more experienced digital marketer to improve their brand awareness.
4. More focus should be given on Search Engine Optimization of the website and the blog. This will
increase the ranking on Google search which will automatically increase the number of visitors.
5. Users who are currently using competitors’ service can be converted to IPL’s Customers by using
the forums or review sites and comparing the advantages & benefits that ILP OVERSEAS offers.

So my company mentor already planned and assigned me tasks for me to execute during the
internship period.
For the time period 1 months I did not only learn about area of my interest – Digital Marketing but
also how to make a plan based on data and reports that are generated from tools like Google
Analytics, . I learned how important it is to monitor tasks of the team ,& the importance of Social
Media in business today.
I personally think working in Digital Marketing is not everyone’s cup of tea. Digital Marketers have
to be updated with the changing technology which is proficiently used by their companies viz-a-viz
the competition. Continuous information of what is happening around the world in terms of
Events, Google Updates, Content Management, SEO, is required. ILP OVERSEAS is still in its
growth stage and year-on- year they are expanding not only in terms of customers but also the
services they provide. I feel very grateful to have this dynamic working experience with ILP
