Audio/visual problems:(how will you deal with sound/visual interruptions from passing cars, the
public, road works, airplanes/trains, police sirens, wind, general interruptions to filming and audio)
We will be booking out pop filters for our mics as well as waiting for any unwanted noise to pass.

Weather conditions: (could the weather affect your filming in any way?) The weather could effect
our filming since we are outside but we will be checking the weather beforehand and making sure
we bring a raincoat just in case to cover equipment.

Continuity: (is anything about the location likely to change during the shoot or if you return to it to
film more than once? E.g. roadworks in 1st shot/ gone in next, poster on wall/gone in next shot)
Since we are in a public space it is likely the environment will change a bit but that is more if we film
a day later, we will be filming all in one day and the director and camera operator will be looking for
changed throughout production.
Electricity/Lighting issues: (will you need an electricity supply and is there access to one? Is lighting
adequate or does it need altering? We will not have access to electricity but will be bringing a spare
battery that is charged just in case. We have spersifically chosen a time of day where the lighting will
stay steady and is not too light or too dark.

Set dressing: (does your set contain everything you want to show in your scene or will it need
something else adding to it to have the impact you want?) We wont need anything added to our
background other than the rock that will be picked up and thrown.

Welfare: (can your crew/talent get refreshments, are there toilets near, is it far? do they need to
stay overnight near filming location?) We have informed the crew and cast to bring water and there
are toilets around 10 minutes away if needed.

Parking/Public transport to location: (how will the crew/talent get to the location? Is there parking
or a bus/train station near by?) People coming from Weston/Whorl will meet the crew after collage
at Loxton campus and get either the 7 buss to town.
