1. INTRODUCTION
Jyoti is the brainchild of legendary Mr. P.G. Jadeja & Mr. S.L. Jadeja.
Establish in 1989. Driven by the vision to build the company "A temple
of technology "through team work, the company has grown manifold
from manufacturing gear boxes for machines. Later on, Jyoti has rightly
identified sift from conventional machines to highly sophisticated conk
machines in the presence of manufactures.
After the opening of the Indian economy, there were great challenges
present for Indian companies but Jyoti converted all challenges to the
excellent opportunities. Jyoti has even decided to compete at the global
level and taken concrete steps by exporting cnc machines. It has also
established various distribution continents around the globe.
Jyoti is passing through the trajectory of rapid growth by achieving
over 100% growth rate since its inception. Export penetration and
inclination has helped Jyoti to establish the goodwill among the foreign
buyers and distributors.
Company's expanding footprints ensures its global presence with
exports operations in countries like Italy, Russia, Argentina, Brazil and
rest of South America, Tanzania and some African countries, Middle
East and other Asian countries like Malaysia

3. THE STORE
The store is a heart of any big manufacturing company at some
extent. as like a heart who is responsible for in-out transport of
blood through its pumping, The store is a hub of various discrete
processes like in-out transport of material but the difference is the
Store is a temporary storage facility also, where the materials of
specified machines (which is purchased by Planning/Purchase
department) are stored until the order of production assembly
department arrived.

6.2 MACHINE/DIGITAL
6.2.1 The SAP Software is good but in production line they are
using Finix Software and because of they are interconnected so it
would be beneficial to use same software. However, It is already
initiated and almost in final development stage.
6.3 DEPARTMENT
6.3.1 I personally think that Material issue of Service Department
should be separated from Dispatch Line. In my perspective, in the
upcoming years the rate of maintenance and services of machines
will rapidly increase in respect to time. because, The rate of
dispatch and production of machines directly proportional to the
rate of maintenance and services of machines in a long-term.
In the future after expansion of the company the one of the
primary requirements is separation of this individual departments

6. REMARKS
The Project on improvement and feedback on various processes
of the store where I discussed various methods of it, are purely
belongs to me. And maybe it is possible that some of my ideas
are enlightened in my fellow project colleagues also and it is
purely coincidence.

8. CONCLUSION
I discussed various methods on improvement and feedback on various
processes of the store. Starting with Introduction of Jyoti CNC and its
departments without losing focus on The Store. I reported basic
processes of the store respective to its sub departments and various
method to improve these processes whether it is upgrade or update.
