Part I: Data Collection and Daily Reflection


 Complete the worksheet each day for five days (this will result in five nights of sleep data during Unit 2)
 Insert the “Date”
 Record the time you went to bed in the column, titled “Time to Bed”
 Record the time spent asleep in the column titled, “Hours Slept”
 Record the time you woke up in the column titled, “Time Awake”
 Complete “Rate the Quality” for your sleep between 1-10 (with 10 being awesome and 1 being terrible).
 Record any time you spent napping in the column titled, “Nap Time”
o If you took a nap, write the time & how long the nap was – Example: 3:15pm (2 hours)
o If you did not take a nap, leave it blank or write N/A
 Complete the “Daily Reflection” questions each day, as provided.
