A: My name is…. Currently I am university student. I am looking for a part
time job. 1 weeks ago, I accidently saw a hiring post on your website and I
decided to give it a try
B: I’ve looked at your CV and see that 6 months ago you worked at a retail
shop. What did you like about your last job?
A: greeting customers and providing information about products
B: Ok. How would you handle impatient customers in a shop?
A: I would first apologise and try to calm the customer by explaining why
it took me so long to attend to them. If the customer was still impatient, I
would politely suggest they speak to another available shop assistant."
B: I see. So why should we hire you?
A: I am an effective communicator who knows how to upsell products and
services and build trust with customers. I am familiar with how to handle,
process, restock, and organise shipments and deliveries.
B: What's Your Expected Salary?
A: Based on my research, I would expect a salary in the range of 4M to
6M .
B: Good, that’s everything. Do you have any questions for me?
A: Yes, Can I change my shifts if I'm busy like having an examination?

arrange to change your shift with an employee in another shift.
