2158928 - RSSM_DELETE_WO_DSO_REQUESTS could not delete all requests

Symptom
Report RSSM_DELETE_WO_DSO_REQUESTS failed with error RSAR051, information is displayed as following:
"After all checks there are no Requests found which can be deleted in WO-DSO *". Message no. RSAR051

Reproducing the Issue

Run the report RSSM_DELETE_WO_DSO_REQUESTS with the option: "Requests must be delta updated".

Cause
The DataMart targets were not updated completely, so the requests could not be deleted from write-optimized DSO. This can
be checked from table RSBODSLOGSTATE, for example:

Here you can see that the last request uploaded to all DataMart targets was 1230000, however, the last loading request
is 1234567.

Resolution
Update all remaining requests into DataMart targets or delete the delta initialization for corresponding export datasource
8XXXXXXXX (in this example, 8ZWOODS01) of write-optimized DSO.
