RESOLUTION ORDER NO. 004

RECONNECTION OF DOÑA CATALINA INTEGRATED SCHOOL ELECTRICITY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This resolution executed by and between:
The Dona Catalina Integrated School, a public integrated institution, with the
address at Namat Masla, Palimbang, Sultan Kudarat, represented herein by its school head
AMILLANA Z. KUMPA, herein after referred to as the school wants to apply and request a
reconnection of school electricity.
-and-
The Barangay Chairwoman Hon. SALAMA S. MARIANO and other members of the
Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of the Namat Masla, Palimbang Sultan Kudarat,
herein referred as the partner to support the reconnection of school electricity.
Witnesseth: that
WHEREZS, the ELECTRICITY DISCONNECTION issued by the Sultan Kudarat
Electric Cooperative, Inc. dated July 15, 2022 stating that the school has pending monthly
obligation from the month of April-June 2022. Considering the rules implemented by the
SUKELCO after 3 months of notice, disconnection will be implemented. The school depend
on the electricity especially we are static in a pandemic situation. Hand washing and
ventilating rooms is one of the required protocols against covid-19. October 04, 2022 at
9:00AM Dona Catalina Integrated School Teachers together with their School Head had an
emergency meeting to tackle this issue. The main part of the said meeting is to request
assistance to our Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU), it has been agreed that shared
governance between the school and barangay shall be applied in order to sustain the needs
of every both pupils/students and teachers. The PTA President, Barangay Officials together
with their Barangay Chairwoman responded the request of school and they will cover up the
expenses for the reconnection of the electricity amounting of Five Thousand Two Hundred
Pesos (Php. 5, 200.00).
WHEREAS, the Dona Catalina Integrated School headed by Amillana Z. Kumpa will
assure that this request granted by the Namat Masla BLGU will surely benefited teachers,
stakeholders and clienteles.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) headed by barangay

chairman Hon. Salama S. Mariano shall give full support for the reconnection of electricity
by this week and continuously monitor the proper health protocol of learners and teachers,
as well as the community.
