CORRIGENDUM

Name of Work: Erection of temporary structure and supply of various articles at different Polling Stations,
Distribution Centre, Receiving Centre, Counting Centres, Strong Rooms, Sector Offices and the
office of the DEO, Kolkata South
NIT No. : 45/192/EL/2024 dated 29.02. 2024

With reference to the above the followingcorrigendum is hereby made to the above NIT:
Corrigendum :- Point 2 of Terms &Conditions is hereby replaced as:
1 Per Unit rate of Hired articles is allowed for first 3(Three) days or less than three days.
2 After 3(three) days per unit rate of Hired articles will be Just Half of the accepted rate for uninterrupted
continuation of further 7(Seven) days.
3 After further 7(Seven) days per Unit Rate of Hired articles will be just One Fourth of the accepted rate for
uninterrupted continuation.
All other terms & conditions remain unchanged.
