policy by paying the appropriate additional premium

Warranties/ Conditions Are Applicable

Warranted that above premises should be guarded by watchmen and / or security personal normal and after business
hours.
Warranted that CCTV camera system to be installed at the premises with proper maintenance, function & should be
connected to a recording systems all times covering the entrance, counters inside & outside, main safe areas (in the all
places) of the premises.
Warranted that money should be kept in a unmovable iron safe after normal business hours.
Warranted that all transits should be done as follows.
- In case of amounts less than LKR 250,000.00 money shall be transported in any motor vehicle other than public
transport accompanied by one permanent employee of the insured.
- In case of amounts between LKR 250,000.00 and LKR 1,000,000.00 money shall be transported in any motor vehicle
other than hired three wheelers and public transport accompanied by two permanent employees of the insured.
Warranted that safe or strong room or drawer containing money should be kept locked and the keys be kept in the
personal custody of the insured or an authorized employee of the insured and it should be removed from the insured's
premises after normal business hours.
Warranted that all transit should be made between 6.00 AM to 6.00 PM.
Warranted that all records of money should be maintained and monitored by a senior officer/ manager or owner daily and
audited periodically.

Additional exclusions

1. Institute Cyber Attack Exclusion Clause – Cl. 380 10/11/2003

1.1) Subject only to clause 1.2 below, in no case shall this insurance cover loss damage liability or
expense directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from the use or operation,
as a means for inflicting harm, of anycomputer, computer system, computer software
programmed, malicious code, computer virus or process or any other electronic system.

2.1) Where this clause is endorsed on policies covering risks of war, civil war, revolution, rebellion,
insurrection, or civil strife arising therefrom, or any hostile act by or against a belligerent power,
or terrorism or any person acting from a political motive, Clause 1.1 shall not operate to exclude

losses (which would otherwise be covered) arising from the use of any computer, computer
system or computer software programmed or any other electronic system in the launch and/or
guidance system and/orfiring mechanism of any weapon or missile.

EXCESSES / DEDUCTIBLE APPLICABLE

Any additions or amendments not bearing the Company's official signature shall be null and void.

The General Conditions attached and other attachments, if any, form an integral part of this Policy. In witness whereof
