Cane juice is extracted by mechanical process. After that, we apply heat and little by little the juice
evaporate and crystallize. we dont use refinning process.Whole Cane Sugar has no additives or

this product keep all the nutritional facts of cane sugar. It´s because whole Cane Sugar contains more
nutrients, vitamins and minerals than refined sugar.

Colour: you can find the whole cane sugar in 5 different colours according to Munsell color system
(ochre yellow, toasted ochre, mineral orange, sienna, copper).
