4.1 General
The VDR APT report has been revised as informed in tech bulletin FSN210024.
Please use "Rev4.3 (June 2021)" as the APT report template effective immediately.

4.2 Information
Added field of "Battery of Main Unit" to NO.7 Overall condition of Equipment in the APT test report.

1) A new field has been added to confirm that the proper batteries are used when conducting
VDR APT and to describe the results of the confirmation.

2) Check box has been added for you to confirm you have added your photo data to the APT Upload file.
Please send battery photo files on DVD or in the APT Upload data (see FSN210024).

3)If there is no tick mark or the answer is "No", the COC cannot be issued.
