Z-Connect, Inc. effective 2020.

When we founded RJEN Innovative IT Solutions, Co. Ltd, it was

registered in SEC as a limited partnership entity in 2005.
With company welfare as our top priority, we felt that being a
corporation is a better option, hence the birth of Z-Connect, Inc.

This transition will make our corporate standing better and more
stable thus providing you, our clients, stronger confidence in

RJEN Innovative IT Solutions, Co. Ltd. will continue to exist for the
