Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales
Executive will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals for website
development projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong
sales acumen, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.
● Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, networking, and research.
● Present our website development services to prospects and articulate the value
proposition effectively.
● Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat
business.
● Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by closing a minimum of 25 deals per month.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and
conversion.
● Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in the web development or technology industry.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
● Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections.
● Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
● Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong
work ethic.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred):


● Experience with CRM software for lead management and tracking.
● Knowledge of website development processes and technologies.
● Previous experience in B2B sales or selling to small and medium-sized businesses.
