22 When I was in factory management one of the machine setters claimed that tungsten
23 carbide dies could not be used because they would smash to smithereens when ever they
24 are tried to be used. Nevertheless, I held we should use them as after all the manual
25 showed they can be used and in the USA they were using them. Considering that steel dies
26 would quickly wear out whereas tungsten carbide would not I organised 2 sets of those

1 dies. The most experienced setter then fitted one of the set of dies and within seconds they
2 went to smithereens. The setter (and so other setters) were laughing that I was warned and
3 should have listened. I however was not deterred and asked the setter to now insert the 2nd
4 set of tungsten carbide dies. Yes, I was being ridiculed but my issue was that I strongly
5 believed that I knew what I was doing. Then, when the setter was to set up the dies, I
6 explained to him that he had to go by the manual. His argument was it would be wasting a
7 lot of time, likely an hour, and in the end the dies would anyhow be destroyed.
8 Nevertheless, I indicated he was to follow the setting procedure set out in the manual. In
9 the end he did and then started the machine and well the machine kept running for weeks
10 on end without the dies being shattered, as such saving a lot of set up times, needed to
11 constantly fit replacement steel dies. The setters obviously asked me why the dies would
12 smash before but not now. I explained, that tungsten carbide dies are more fragile and
13 when you overset the pressure to drive the punch into place this pressure is too much for
14 the tungsten carbide dies and that causes the fracturing. By setting the dies and the punch
15 to slowly increase the pressure on each other then this avoid the over pressure and avoid by
16 this the fracturing of the dies. To the machine setters I was so to say wet behind the ears
17 never having operated such a machine, and yet proved that in the end I knew better
18 because of relying on my knowledge. I may add, I never tried to make a fool out of the
19 machine setter but simply explained that his experienced over more than 3 decades
20 working with the machines gave him the ability to safe a lot of time when it came to
21 machine setting with steel dies but that this experiences was also the problem when trying
22 to use tungsten carbide dies, this as you need to use a different set up, more gently.

24 People often act in a manner that they are used to and this can turn out to be very problematic
25 when they are dealing with very sensitive issues. The medical profession and scientist ordinary
26 rely upon their professional publications, just that with the “covid scam” their trust was betrayed
27 and so with the “climate scam”.
28 My correspondence on 8 May 2024 showed not computer predictions but scientific FACTS up
29 to about 500 million years ago. Those FACTS cannot be questioned in that they have been
30 obtained from what was accumulated over millions of years.

3 On geological terms, over the last 140 million years, CO2 in the atmosphere is at really near

13 next 30 years and not rise. She says that the sun’s lower solar activity will lead to cooling.

15 solar systems,” says the professor. “During the Maunder Minimum, there were years when
16 there was no summer at all – there was a brief spring, then fall, then winter again. And if
17 there’s snow on your solar panels or the sky is cloudy, they’re useless.”

25 My son Mark was previously (about a month ago) given a time lime of survival of 5 months to 5
26 years, but this now was changed as 2 months to 2 years. Obviously, as Mark used to live in
27 Berriwillock then the issue will be if Buloke Shire Council failure as a “Law Enforcement
28 Agency” to enforce the “Safe Drinking Water” legislation, despite my numerous
29 correspondences about this, then it may just find to be legally accountable for this failure.
30 Obviously one may question how many other residents fell ill consuming water, unaware it was
31 “untreated water”, and so suffered health problems?
32 Buloke Shire Council may just discover that to litigate against me could severely backfire
33 because I am determine to hold it legally accountable. Obviously, residents likewise should hold
34 Buloke Shire Council legally accountable. Farmers, growers, small businesses, etc, should not sit
35 at the sideline waiting till their viability to continue their generations of hard work is being
36 destroyed, but should combine their efforts to seek to avoid such destruction.
