Please find as follows our schedule of delivery, type of coal, prices and production for
Interlink Metals and chemical AG.

STEAM COAL TYPE B

Production reserved for this negotiation for 60 months or 5 years is: 8.330.000 Metric
Tons.
Price: USD$ 86 dollar per metric ton FOB in Brisa Port

First delivery of 70,000 metric tons in 45 day once is signed the contract.
In 2019 we will delivery cargoes of 140,000 metric tons per month in Panamax or Capesize
vessels (only if Puerto Brisa has increased its draft).

The Rate of Loading currently for Brisa Port is 15,000 Metric Tons per day.

STEAM COAL TYPE A

We can start with 5.000 MT in 45 days. Then about 3 months we can delivery 30.000 MT
to 50.000 MT per month.

Price: USD$ 110 MT FOB Brisa Port from the signing of the contract.
