SAID PROPERTY, WHICH IS BOUNDED AS MENTIONED ABOVE, alongwith
necessary fixtures and fittings, and land beneath the Same
whereto whatsoever, hereinafter called as. PROPERTY UNDER SALE,
for a sum of Rs.66,00,000/- (Rupees SiXty Six Lakhs Only) UNTO
the VENDEE and the VENDEE has also agreed to purchase the
same for the said price.
AND WHEREAS the VENDOR hereby further assure, represent and
covenant with the VENDEE as follows: -

encumbrances including prior sale, demands, charges, family
disputes, agreement, gifts, Wills, sureties, attachments,
mortgages, acquisition, or any type of Agreement or
Agreements etc. and the VENDOR are the sole and absolute
owner of the said property under sale.

b) That there is no attachment by the Income Tax Authority or


any other authorities under law for the time being in force
or by any other authority nor any notice of acquisition or
reqisition has been received in respect of the aforesaid

The entire consideration amount of Rs.66,00,000/- (Rupees
Sixty Six Lakhs Only) has been paid by the VENDEE to the
VENDOR as detailed in clause-1 below and the VENDOR has also
delivered the actual, vacant, peaceful, physical possession of
the above said property under sale.
