Ka-Mangga Mango Shake, your go-to refreshment at an
unbeatable price of only 20 pesos, exclusively for SNSU
students. Made with fresh mangoes, milk, and ice, our
shakes are a creamy, indulgent treat that's both
satisfying and irresistibly delicious.

Sugar Syrup:
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Honey (optional)

Milk Mixture:
- 300ml Condensed Milk
- 370ml Evaporated Milk

Other Ingredients:
- 2 Kilos Ripe Mango
- Crushed Ice

1. Prepare Sugar Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, combine water, white sugar, and honey.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until
the sugar and honey are completely dissolved.
- Once dissolved, remove from heat and let it cool completely.

2. Prepare Milk Mixture:

- In a large bowl, mix together condensed milk and evaporated
milk until well combined.
- Set aside.

3. Prepare Mangoes:
- Peel and slice the ripe mangoes.
- Set aside a few slices for garnish if desired.

- In a blender, combine the sliced mangoes, prepared milk
mixture, and crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness according to
taste by adding more sugar syrup if needed.

6. Storage:
- Any leftover shake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to
one day, although it's best enjoyed fresh.
