Dear Sir,
With reference to above cited subject, application for the grant of Fresh Consent To Establish was
submitted on dated- 07/02/2023 for Daebak Recycler India Pvt Ltd located at Reliance Road,
Village-Bhowapur Khasra No- 446 Tehsil- Dhaulana, Dist- Hapur UP and subsequently we
received a query on Dated- 16/02/2023 seeking some documents. I hereby submitting
document/details for the queries sought in the letter for your kind perusal.

1. Before processing this CTE
application the following
documents/information are required
i) Approved Lay out map of site Layout plan is enclosed as Annexure- I.
from competent Kindly note the building is yet not
authority/UPSIDC. constructed.
2. Detail project report of unit with all Detailed Project Report is enclosed as
facilities provided in the unit. Annexure- II. Kindly note the industry is
proposed.
3. Details of ETP and STP with No waste water is generated in the process.
capacity and feasibility report.
4. Copy of allotment letter for apply Allotment letter declaration is enclosed as
product from competent Annexure- III along with the supporting
authority/UPSIDC. documents.
5. CA certificate copy of project cost Investment Certificate is enclosed as
for fee verification. Annexure-IV.
6. Details regarding green belt and rain  Total Area =1900sqm
water harvesting developed in the  Built Up Area= 1200sqm
unit.  Green Belt Area = 350 sqm
7. Copy of NOC from UPGWD for NOC of UPGWD is not applicable as ground
ground water abstraction. water is not used in the process. Water will
be sourced from Municipal Supply.
8. Copy of disaster management plan. Disaster Management Plan will provide at
the time of CTO. To control Air Pollution we
will install Wet Scrubbers/Dust collectors in
our industry
9. Copy of Fire NOC Construction is still not started.
