典型搅拌桨的固液双相流仿真研究

1 搅拌计算模型
1. 1 搅拌桨结构
研究采用单层四折叶开启涡轮式搅拌桨,折叶
角为 45°,搅拌槽体为圆柱型筒体,其它各参数详见
表 1。搅拌槽仿真模型如图 1 所示。 图1 搅拌槽结构示意图
1. 2 前处理
采用多重参考系法 ( MRF) 对搅拌桨叶区域进行 对搅拌槽进行固液双相流仿真,液相采用清水,

1. 3 CFD 数值模拟

如图 3 所示。 由图 3 可见,搅拌桨在旋转过程中产
生斜向下的射流,流体撞击槽体底部后,小部分在槽
底中间位置形成动能较小的死区,其它大部分沿槽
体壁面向上流动,到达溶液顶面后再折回叶端,形成
了一个贯穿整个流场的主循环。

3 结 论
以典型四折叶搅拌桨为对象进行固液双相流仿
真计算。研究结果表明,搅拌流场的稳态速度矢量
与文献结果保持一致。通过观察瞬态分析各时刻计
算流域内各物料密度以及固相体积分数的变化情况
可知,在 5 s 时刻固液两相已充分混合,溶液密度达

到稳定值 1 090 kg / m ,固相体积分数保持在 0. 072。
通过 监 测 各 载 荷 步 搅 拌 桨 的 扭 矩 值 ,根 据 搅 拌 桨

Abstract: The screw fasteners in wind power equipment generally work under severe service conditions and parts with
high molding quality are demanded. In this study,finite element simulations on the hexagon bolt heading behaviors of
42CrMoA alloy wire were carried out using Deform-3D to ensure the quality of products and predict the feasibility of
process schemes. The simulation results show similar pattern of the temperature and equivalent strain distribution of
the bolthead: the maximum temperature and equivalent strain area are located on the edge of the hexagonal head bolt,
and the central area has the minimum values. A good hexagonal head shape can be got when the initial heating
temperature is 1 100 ℃ and friction coefficient is 0. 3 with initial heating area extended to around 120mm. .

Abstract: Taking the typical four fold blade agitator as the research object,the solid-liquid two-phase flow simulation
calculation in the stirred tank was carried out by using CFD method. The simulation results show that the steady-state
flow pattern of the stirring flow field is consistent with the literature,and the difference between the simulation value
of the agitator power and the traditional formula calculation value is very small,which shows that the method of using
CFD method to simulate the stirred tank and calculate the mixing power is correct and reliable.
