DECREE OF THE CHAIRMAN OF

THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA

DECREE No: 014/SK/ILUNI-UI/VIII/2020

Concerning:

INAUGURATION OF
THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA (ILUNI UI)
HONG KONG CHAPTER
FOR THE 2020 – 2023 PERIOD

Considering: a. the Proposal letter for the inauguration of ILUNI UI Hong Kong Chapter,
dated August 9, 2020.

b. under which letter, Ms. Yohanita Tajuddin has been appointed as the
Chairperson of ILUNI UI Hong Kong Chapter.

c. that it is necessary to draw up a Decree of the Chairman of the Alumni

Association of the University of Indonesia, for the 2019-2022 period, to
inaugurate the chairperson and its management team stated above.

With reference to: 1. The Articles of Association and the by-laws of the Alumni Association of the
University of Indonesia.

2. Decree of the Extraordinary National General Assembly of the Alumni

Association of the University of Indonesia No:
003/SK/ILUNI-UI-MUNASLUB/III/19 on the Articles of Association of the
Alumni Association of the University of Indonesia.

TO STIPULATE: THE DECREE OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF THE

UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA ON THE INAUGURATION OF THE CHAIRPERSON AND
THE MANAGEMENT TEAM OF THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF
 INDONESIA HONG KONG CHAPTER FOR 2020-2023 PERIOD

First: To inaugurate Ms. Yohanita Tajuddin as the Chairperson of ILUNI UI Hong Kong
Chapter for the 2020-2023 period

Second: ILUNI UI Hong Kong Chapter is entitled and obliged to:

a. decide the organization terms and policies to support the

implementation of the work program of ILUNI Chapter Hong Kong which
shall be aligned with ILUNI UI’s constitution and policies set out by the
National Assembly of ILUNI UI .

b. elaborate the Guidelines of the Work Program of ILUNI UI Chapter Hong

Kong resulting from General Assembly of ILUNI UI Chapter Hong Kong
and to implement them in real activities.

c. obey and be accountable to all terms and policies of the organization

that were decided and mandated on the National Assembly of ILUNI UI
and General Assembly of of ILUNI UI Chapter Hong Kong.

Third: This decree shall be effective as of the date of this Decree and should there be
any error in this Decree, this Decree will be amended accordingly .
