‭value-added‬‭contribution‬‭to‬‭Sodexo,‬‭with‬‭the‬‭ultimate‬‭aim‬‭of‬‭fitting‬‭the‬‭Right‬‭Person‬‭-to‬
‭the-Right Job to enhance personal goals.‬
‭4.‬ ‭To give employees a chance to offer suggestions for areas of improvement.‬

‭5.‬ T‭ o‬‭help‬‭reveal‬‭vital‬‭information‬‭for‬‭employees‬‭about‬‭what‬‭they‬‭like‬‭and‬‭don’t‬‭like‬‭about‬
‭their jobs.‬

‭questionnaire‬ ‭consists‬ ‭of‬ ‭a‬ ‭number‬ ‭of‬ ‭questions‬ ‭written‬ ‭in‬ ‭a‬ ‭definite‬ ‭order‬ ‭on‬ ‭a‬ ‭form.‬ ‭The‬
‭questionnaire‬‭is‬‭given‬‭to‬‭respondents‬‭who‬‭are‬‭expected‬‭to‬‭read,‬‭understand‬‭and‬‭write‬‭down‬‭in‬
‭the‬ ‭space‬ ‭meant‬ ‭for‬ ‭the‬ ‭purpose‬ ‭in‬ ‭the‬ ‭questionnaire‬‭itself.‬‭In‬‭this‬‭study,‬‭the‬‭questionnaires‬
