Responsibilities:
 Configuring Warehouse Order Creation Rule to generate 1 Warehouse Order
per line item, per pallet and 1 WO per Consolidation Group for Outbound
Process.
 Working with ChaRM Team on daily basis for CR approval and
Implementation process.
 Working on Testing and Approval with SQA and creating new testing scripts
in HPQC and Solution Manager.
 Palletization using Packaging Specifications in order to utilize the
Palletization option for Inbound Delivery Goods receipt.
 Configure, Develop and test complex picking strategies based on FIFO,
LIFO principles and SLED based Stock removal strategies.

 Testing of customization as per design specifications (HP-ALM) and as

process for Materials management &Warehouse Management by creating
master data records, Different types of

etc.

Client : Lankem

Project type : Support.

Period : Jul 2017 to Nov 2018 (1.4yrs)
Location : Hyderabad.
Description : The implementation of SAP for “Lankem” (Leader in Paint& Agricultural
products) has been a complete business redesign for the company to implement
the logistics part of the software, using SAP LES and RF. All warehouse
processes ( 5.500 m2 ) are covered with RF scanning. Employees use mobile RF
devices and also mobile RF printers to be able to print shipping labels during
picking.
Almost all processes were included in the project and went live in January 2016.
In the incoming, internal and outbound flows, the SSCC numbers are registered
by means of RF scanning.
Responsibilities: • Involved in requirements gathering and prepared Business process
documents, Realization, Training, Testing and during Go-live phases of
the project.
Carried out SAP MM data migration activities and trained end users.
Prepared detailed documentation for all SAP MM related processes.
• Configured RF menus in all the warehouses for using RF Programs and
usage of RF monitor for monitoring all the Queues.
• Responsible for all activities and issues related to Procurement(MM
Module), as per the SLA.
• Knowledge and exposure to standard and special procurement process,
pricing procedure, Release procedure.
• Knowledge in Automatic account determination.
• Responsible to provide inputs to the Technical consultant in case
of Program / Code modification.
