Job description
The CEO, Europe is a new position and will be part of the Executive Management of
the Company. This is an exciting, innovative, entrepreneurial, leadership and
challenging Part Ownership position.
Background
Ki-TECH is a sales, marketing, installation, and service provider for Kinetic Power
Plant (KPP) technology globally. The company is equipped to provide all stages of
acquiring a KPP. It manages the entire process from purchase and handling of
contracts to the construction of turnkey power plants and beyond.
The KI-TECH team and associates and supporters consist of entrepreneurs, scientists,
and engineers. They are dedicated to the field of new inventions and renewable
energy. Their mission is to bring good to the world by providing low-cost energy
through a new revolutionary technology (Kinetic Power Plants – “KPP”) that has been
proven to “save the planet” utilising technology and systems that comply with the
highest environmental standards of protecting the world in line with the UN
Sustainability Goals 2015.This must be achieved within commercial disciplines and
total focus on customer satisfaction.
KPP offers a steady baseline supply of green energy, free from emissions and toxic
waste products. The system provides continuous power regardless of location and
weather conditions. This technology is highly cost-efficient. The modules are scalable
and can be customised to fit any demanded capacity.
Following several years of research and preparation Ki-TECH has reached a stage
where it is ready to appoint a small number of senior business individuals including a
CEO, Europe to build and to commercialise its business. An individual with
considerable experience of developing Strategies including strategies to attract
investment and carefully managing shareholders’ funds is important. Further an
individual skilled and with experience of identifying Joint Venture partnerships and
building a business is required. It has very substantial existing customer opportunities
in Europe and these need to be managed in a professional way to achieve the highest
measures of customer satisfaction.
Up until recently the focus of the business has been orientated towards technical,
engineering, scientific issues, research, and preparation. It is recognised that the
business has reached a stage where top level skills relating to General Managers;
Commercial Strategists; Investment professionals and other business skills are needed
to develop the incredibly significant and exciting opportunities ahead.
Part Ownership:
This position of CEO, Europe is viewed as a Part Ownership position and as such
there is an opportunity for the right candidate with the means to purchase shares in the
business from the start and for them to become a part owner in the business.
The CEO, Europe will be part of the Executive Management of the Company
The CEO, Europe role will report to the CEO of the company and to the Founder and
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ki-TECH, Ronny Korsberg. The main
objectives will ensure the business is successful in Europe, which is a key market, in
accordance with agreed budgets, by acquiring the right type of clients, private
investors and identifying valued partnerships. To ensure that all actions are orientated
towards the Commercial Strategy of the company.
The role will include developing a strong and robust financial base and attracting the
right type of investors and shareholders, ensuring that those funds invested are used
with integrity and bring an attractive return to those investors and shareholders; and
attracting top level clients and ensure that they receive an outstanding service.
The CEO Europe will have the skills to eventually recruit the right type of employees
in Europe and to foster an environment and culture that promotes real “diversity” and
allows individuals to develop and succeed and where achievements are recognised
and rewarded. Further to take responsibility to ensure employees are provided with
interesting and challenging roles and objectives and that they are motivated to excel
and to work productively as part of a team with the goal of bringing a technological
advance to the world.
Overall to ensure measures are in place to quantify and ensure customer satisfaction
backed up by tight service level agreements.
In a spirit of transparency candidates should note that unfortunately some 6 years ago
some mischievous and negative articles were posted on the internet regarding the KPP
technology. Nothing like this has been seen over the last 6 years or so however the
