RECOMMENDATION LETTER

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I am writing this letter as a recommendation for Onis Rohnenti, who worked as a Registered
nurse in Pediatric Intensive Care Units under my supervision at Saudi German Hospital
Madinah. During her tenure,she has developed capabilities that make her one of the most
valuable members of team, she has inherent compassion and genuine concern for the well-being
of the clients which further make her indispensable.

I have yet to come across a nurse under my supervision who is as dedicated and passionate about
the profession as Onis Rohnenti, her willingness for continues learning and development proves
that she strives to be a better healthcare provider each day. I have never seen her turn away from
new responsibilities and she always take new challenges that contribute to her growth as an
effective nurse practioner.

I don’t doubt Onis Rohnenti’s capabilities to add significant value to your institution. I am sad
that she is moving and team will not be the same in her absence. Nevertheless , I wish her good
luck on her new journey and strongly recommended her for any nursing position that she might
be considered for any places.
