Assistant Food & Beverage Operation Manager I Carnival Cruise Line, USA

 To assist Sr. F&B Manager in overall operation, and to maintain SOP, operational procedure of the
department and to ensure team members follow the same along with ECP.
 Responsible for running smooth operation with no accident happening in the galley, if any accident
happens need to be report FOM immediately.
 Check menu is posted prier before opening the line, AFOM is responsible for line count and to make sure
no one jumps the line.
 Always need to check all the staff has completed all their duties and responsibilities before opening the
service lines.
 Checking food qualities and quantity as per company standards, no compromising on it.
 Training staff on environmental complains and standards of company policy.
 Giving special project every day to supervisor and team to make sure outlets and galley is in good
condition.
 Ordering supplies for daily operations as per the budget and requirement.
 Making work orders and following up for the same and keeping posted to Sr F&B Manager.

 Taking inventory of Food, Beverage & Miscellaneous supplies and other consumables, ordering
necessary supplies as needed, and receiving deliveries.
 Accurately tallying all cash and charge slips.
 Reviewing sales records to determine which menu items are most profitable.

equipment maintenance, as needed.
