 7 nights’ accommodation at any of the following:

a. QVI Club Home Resorts
b. Limited Collection Resorts
c. Selected XchangeWorld associated resorts with split week availability
d. List of participating resorts can be found in both www.qviclub.com &
www.xchangeworld.com/xplore_splitweeks.html
 Travel validity period of within 1 year from date of purchase.
 Occupancy is from 2 persons per standard room up to a maximum of 4 persons in selected hotels/resorts.

Taxes and fees are subject to change, based on currency exchange fluctuations.

 Please present this confirmation voucher together with your identification or passport upon check-in hotel.
Refundable cash deposit may be required upon arrival at the hotel/resort.

 The Member shall inform QVI in writing via email, of any check-in scheduled later than 4.00pm (Local Hotel
Time), at least seventy-two (72) hours or three (3) days prior to check-in date.

 In the event of last minute unforeseeable circumstances such as flight delay, Member, who anticipates late arrival
or arriving after the check-in time, shall call the relevant resort or hotel in advance. Failure to inform or notify the
relevant resort or hotel of late arrival may result in the unavailability of the reserved room or the room reservation
being cancelled.

 If the Member fails to check-in on the date confirmed or fails to complete the period of stay as confirmed, the
package entitlement is forfeited.

 The Member shall not be entitled to any refund or extend his/her check-out date in the event of their late check-
in or no-show.

 The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the similar size and occupancy as per unit confirmed
above. Maximum occupancy in each unit includes children regardless of their ages.

 Members may extend the benefits of club membership to their family/ friend(s)/ guest(s). Member shall notify our
customer service in advance by verbal or written notice of the arrival and departure dates of guests who have
permission to use member’s use period in their absence. Our customer service will then process the reservation
for the third party. A Guest Certificate Fee of USD 50 is applicable.

 No meals included in the package.

 CANCELLATION IS NOT ALLOWED.
