Sequel to your application via the Lagos State Canadian Consulate for the role of a Caregiver Supervisor,
we are pleased to extend our offer to you for the position of a Caregiver Supervisor.

We believe with your caregiving experiences which will be a valuable acquisition in our team, you will be
able to see through the supervision and coordination of the caregiving team in support to our special and
aged patients, and we are very much looking forward to having you on board.

Your full time starting remuneration for this position is 38,000CAD a year. However, based on your
output for the period of six (6) to nine (9) month from the day of your resumption, it will be revised and
also you will be entitled to several packs and benefits as stated in the employment code of conduct of the
organization.

We hereby ask you to do the needful which includes relocation and acquiring of your Work permit as a
copy of this employment letter has been forwared to IRCC and also the Canadian Embassy, Lagos to aid
your visa application. We also advise you commit to this position of your employment as soon as possible.
