STEPS
1. Identify the non-working holiday that affects your class schedule.
2. Develop a plan for conducting a make-up class, specifying the following details:
- Dates and times for the make-up class.
- Venue for conducting the make-up class.
3. Submit the plan to the program head and dean for approval.
4. Once the plan is approved, proceed with conducting the make-up class as per the specified details.
5. Ensure that the approved plan is attached to the accomplishment report and proof of the class being
conducted (e.g., attendance records, and pictures).

Note: The program head and dean will verify if the proposed schedule (make-up class) falls under the
Non-Working Holiday (No Classes).
Make-up classes should be implemented within 2 weeks after the declared holiday (no classes).
