INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses JACK MEYOF of ACTS OF

LASCIVIOUSNESS, defined and penalized under Article 336 of the Revised Penal

Code, committed as follows:

That on the 15th day of August, 2022, in Baguio City, Philippines, and within

the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above named accused, with lewd

designs, checked into one Maria Clara’s room and willfully, unlawfully, and

feloniously fondled the buttocks, held the cheeks, and kissed the lips of Maria Clara

against her will and to the damage and prejudice of the Complainant, while saying

the words “Okay ka lang Marie sabihin mo lang kung may kailangan ka” and

“Huwag ka nang malungkot kung maykailangan ka sabihin mo lang.” Later that day,

the accused returned to the room and asked for the Complainant’s forgiveness. It
was alleged by Complainant that the accused, prior to the incident, would touch her

buttocks and kiss her cheeks every time he checks her room.

Such acts of the accused caused Maria Clara’s fear and discomfort,

compelling her to request to another apartment.
