INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses BRAVO CRUZ of MALICIOUS MISCHIEF,

defined and penalized under Article 327 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as

follows:

That on or about the 28th day of December, 2021, in Baguio City, Philippines

and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above named accused with

the intent to cause damage, then and there, willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously and

conspiring, confederating, and mutually aiding each other, pushed the said

Complainant’s motorcycle towards a poorly lit area and struck the same with stones,

causing the damage to the motorcycle and to the prejudice of the Complainant. It is
found that Bravo Cruz, one of the accused, had a prior misunderstanding and heated

conflict with the complainant, in which said Complainant stated “Nagaway po kasi

kami ni Bravo Cruz noong gabi ng December 14, 2021 ng kami ay maginoman sa

garaheng aking amo.”
