How to apply Business License

step 1: collect form from MPKJ or u can download it from MPKJ website .

step 2 : fill in the form

step 3: prepare document needed to apply business license
1. salinan ic pemohon
2. satu gambar passport
3. salinan ssm (form 9 and form 49)
4. Tenancy Agreement
5. Floor Plan Photocopy (4set)
6. Borang CF / Geran Tanah/ quit rent
7. Cukai Taksiran Slip (4set)
8.
9. 44 Set Google
Keping Mapsbahagian
gambar (location)
hadapan, 4 keping gambar bahagian belakang, 1 keping
gambar sisi dan 4 keping gambar bahagian dalam premis perniagaan (berwarna)
10. Surat wakil daripada pemilik asal (sekiranya pemohon menggunakan agen / wakil)

Step 4: Submit form and document to MPKJ and the fee need to pay about RM315 (RM55 for processing the application, RM2
the license can be obtained after submit all document and pay all the fee
