I, MARIA AGNES CUNANAN KWE , Filipino, of legal age, married and residents of 17
General Echavez Street, Brgy. Zapatera, Cebu City heirs of FlLORA CUNANAN do hereby
NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT, ANA LIZA B. CAPUS Filipino, of legal age, married
residents of Modesta Street, Brgy. Guadalupe Cebu City , Philippines, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, to do, and execute all the following acts and things, that
is to say:

1. To represent with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Registry of Deeds of the Province
of Cebu , DENR and Assessor’s Office of Cebu Province, Cebu City, Cebu for
whatever transactions in relation with the said Purchase of our Guadalupe, Cebu
City Lot.
2. To execute and sign any and all documents and papers necessary to give full power
and effect to the foregoing special power.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact, full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by
virtue of these presents.

Provided, further, that this Special Power of Attorney is deemed automatically cancelled,
terminated and revoked upon complete compliance of the delegated task mentioned
above, hence, any subsequent transaction is null and void.
