Steps to resolve the invalid pop-up message encountered while printing labels.

Customers have reported encountering an error when trying to print carton labels. Please follow the provided steps to
address this issue. This workaround will expire on 4/30/2024.

STEPS
1. Save the Certificate.ini file to your computer by downloading it from the provided LINK.
a. If you receive the following pop-up message on the browser, select the option "Keep" to proceed.

2. Close the Desktop Utility


a. On the Taskbar, right click on the Desktop Utility icon
b. Choose Exit from the menu

3. Go to the directory mentioned below:


a. C:\Program Files (x86)\TradeCard\NiceLabelSDK2019.1.1.4560\SDKFiles

i. Delete the existing Certificate.ini file from this directory.


ii. Copy and paste the recently newly downloaded Certificate.ini file.
1. If you receive the following pop-up message, click Continue to move forward.

4. Run the Desktop Utility and print out the labels.
