Summary Session 2 :

Post and pre interview behaviour. When you get a call for interview after that don’t talk
anything negative about the company. After interview if the company tells that the will
inform in 2 3 days and gets little delay do not talk or mail anything harsh to the HR just
wait patiently or in case on long delay just ask politely . Also don’t get very emotional or
over excited about interview keep a calm head. Do start studying books very seriously

Interview strategy We should understand that interview is like a football field because
mostly there are two types of questions which are asked in interview first are questions
related to us and second are related to our CV. When questions are about us we find it
comfortable to answer them .i.e. we are on our side of the football field. But when questions
are on CV it becomes an event of surprise for us, which is the point where interviewer tries
to trap us i.e. we are on opponent’s side of football field. So we have to prepare for both the
things.

Yes, My academic records reflects the work ,put in at time and in the whole world I am very
pleased with my achievements.

Q. Why did you choose this field for study?

I choose Human Resource as I like to study deep and I can’t boar for the subject. My goal is
to gain more knowledge about this field .

Q. What internships have you done? What was your role in the internship? What are the
skills you have developed in your internships?
Now a days. I am doing internship in Vardhan Consulting Engineer. It is near about 8 weeks
internship. The skill I gained from this internship proficiency in MS word, Google docs .

your learning ?

I am passionate about my work and it helps me bring my best to the role.

Q. What are some of your weaknesses and strengths?

My weakness is , l feel uncomfortable with public speaking and I like to stay alone I can’t
express my feelings to everyone .

My strength is my mind is positive towards the things my thoughts is always positive, stay
patient in difficult situations and I have a creative mind.

Q. How do you handle stressful situations? Explain one of your stressful experiences and
how you coped with it?

In my stressful situations I keep my mind calm and take a long breath. I don’t
panic and think about the solution of the situation rather blaming the
situations. As I belong from a middle class family. I always faces the financial
problems which affects my education too but I never give up. I took loan from
Bihar Student Credits Card and continue my study.

Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In next five years I see my self co-operate with good position where I will always get a
opportunity to grow and to be creative. When my skills and knowledge will be challenged
and can also learn new things which will widen my thinking and knowledge and where.I can
contribute much I can towards the firm.
