2. Equipment specification and prices quoted above are subject to change without prior notice and the price prevailing
at the time of delivery will be applicable irrespective of when order is placed.
3. Additional charges against any extra fitments or Insurance/Reg. is/are chargeable as per the rates prevailing at the
time of delivery.
4. Warranty: As per TATA MOTORS norms.
5. Vehicle will be delivered within 30 days after receiving full and final payment against vehicle.
6. Temporary Registration & Insurance is mandatory at the time of delivery of vehicles.
7. All disputes are subject to Sambalpur Jurisdiction only.
8. Customer Offer / Incentive if any received from Tata Motors will be transferred to customer after receiving the same
from Tata Motors Limited.
This is to inform all our esteemed customer’s that any advance payments for purchase of vehicle made by them to us
are OWN LIABILITY and our principals M/s TATA MOTORS LTD., are in no way implicitly, or explicitly responsible for any
vicarious liability for the refund of advance or delivery of vehicles thereof, as they deal with on a Principal to Principal
basis.
