Hi, shop.

I’m writing this email to complain about your poor service because
I’m not satisfied with my ordered product deliverd last week. I purchased a
wireless mouse device on your shop website, it is of model T, a lenovo computer
mouse at 7.30 a.m Sunday last week. So, why I am angry with this mouse ?
Here’s we go: First, the deliver time is so delayed compared to your promise.
Second, you ignore or maybe just irresponsible with your customer’s wants and
needs, I ordered a black computer mouse, not a transparant one and it’s a wired
mouse, not wireless as I want. Third, it’s about the quality of the product, one
word, terrible, It’s very clunky, difficult to move and control the mouse,
sometimes this device is not compatible with some of my laptop or tablet and
the middle button is so hard to press down which affects my workflow
tremendously. OK, I’m a mouthful, now here’s my request: I want to return the
product to the shop and I want you guys to refund my money. Second option, I
return this clunky product and you send me back a replacement that aligns with
my initial preferences. Thanks guys for reading this, have a good working day !
