Established in 2021, Fire and Test Australasia (FTA) stands as a pioneering, 100% Indigenous-owned and operated aggregator of
technology solutions. With a rich heritage of executing comprehensive projects both domestically and internationally, FTA
leverages unparalleled expertise to serve a broad spectrum of industries effectively. Our commitment to excellence is further
underpinned by our Supply Nation Registration and Kinaway Certification, positioning us as a valuable partner for organisations
looking to fulfill their social procurement goals by engaging with Indigenous businesses.

At FTA, our core team comprises industry-leading specialists whose collective wisdom fosters the successful delivery of projects

PFAS Remediation
FTA are able to conduct:
Thorough assessments the PFAS risks, perform analysis
of the compounds present, and present unique solutions
that address the technical and commercial needs of our
customers. Our unique relationship allows us to seamlessly
transition from the initial assessment right through to the
final decontamination and remediation stages.
The risks to humans and the environment posed by PFAS
have garnered increased attention Australia-wide due
to their persistence, mobility, and potential toxicity. Due
to the utility and efficacy of certain PFAS compounds
in suppressing fires, these chemicals were widely
used in fire-fighting foams and there are numerous
legacy firefighting systems throughout Australia, this
represents a potential risk to human health and the
environment that must be managed by businesses as
FTA are:
Licensed distributors for the novel Ambiolock system
developed by Ki Strategies. The Australian developed
and owned Ambiolock technology is an effective means
of controlling and managing existing impacted source
materials through a process of encapsulation and
stabilisation. This allows for Re-Use/Recycling of impacted
material concrete, gravels aggregates sands etc on site,
or controlled disposal of the impacted material on or
off site. The Ambiolock system has the potential for
significant cost savings when dealing with PFAS
impacted materials on site by allowing for the safe
re-use of the material on site or reclassification
of the material to a lower grade material that
may be safely stored off-site.
