I am writing to apply for a Schengen visa for tourism purpose and kindly request your favourable
consideration of my application.

I am writing this letter to express my sincere intention to apply for a tourist visitor visa to Greece. I
Abhishek Pravinkumar Mehta (D.O.B: 10-02-1992) an Indian citizen by birth, holding an Indian passport
no. S4221797, and intend to apply for a Schengen Visa to visit the beautiful countries in the Schengen
Area, with a specific focus on exploring Greece. I am excited to explore the rich cultural heritage,
breath-taking landscapes, and vibrant cities that Greece has to offer.

I will be accompanied with my wife Manisha Mohanlal Sanklecha – [Passport no: P6816661] for a
tourism trip from 23rd May 2024 to 5th June 2024.

My entry in Greece will be on 30th May 2024 from Istanbul to Athens via Flight.

Discover the splendour of Greece, a nation renowned for its breath-taking islands, rich history, and
delectable cuisine. Greece's stunning architecture, well-known landmarks, and rich cultural legacy have
long enthralled my spouse and me. Greece is the southernmost country in Europe and has the longest
coastline. The country is well known for the thousands of islands that dot the turquoise Aegean Sea to
the east, the Mediterranean Sea to the south, and the Ionian Sea to the west. The mainland features
rough mountains, forests, and lakes.

Please Note: I have attached a detailed day-to-day travel itinerary plan with this cover letter which includes
all the activities in our journey, place I will be visiting in each cities.

We will take a ferry from Mykonos to Santorini, which is around 152 kilometres away. We haven't
Booked the aforementioned tickets yet, but according to travel agents, there are a tonne of possibilities
available for boat tickets starting in March 2024.

I am operating a successful business with the registered company name PRAVIN TEXTILE since 11 th
July 1985(Start by my Father) and at present entire company am managed by me. The firm is located
at A-19, Sagar Ind. Estate, Vadtal Devdi road, Katargam, Survey No. 412, Surat, and Gujarat, India.

I will be funding my trip as well as my wife entirely, which includes travel, accommodation, food, and
any other personal expenses. For which, I have attached the proof of my income and financial
documents.

Enclosed with this letter, you will find our detailed travel itinerary, which demonstrates my commitment
to experiencing the beauty and diversity of Greece during my visit.
I would like to emphasize that our trip to Greece is solely for tourism purposes, and I am fully aware of
the responsibilities that come with holding a Schengen Visa, I have no intention of overstaying my visa
or engaging in any unauthorized activities during my time in the Schengen Area. I assure you that I will
comply with all the rules and regulations set forth by the Greece authorities.

• Additional documents (Pan card copy, Business Proof, Marriage certificate)
• Original Old and New Passport

I kindly request you to consider my application favourably and grant me a Schengen Visa for the
intended period of travel. I am more than willing to provide any additional documents or information that
may be required to support my application.

I and my wife also holding a United States of America Visitor Visa and the same are valid up to 2033.
We have to return to India after our Schengen Visit is over because that is where our family, social
network, business is established, all of our investments, and our Immovable properties are located in
India.
