In your previous lesson, you learned about the foods that
make our body healthy and strong. Let us see if you can
still remember them. All you have to do is to say CIRCLE
if it is healthy food, otherwise say BOX if it is unhealthy.

C. MOTIVATION
“Wish upon a Fairy Godmother”
Have you experienced craving for certain food and you “Yes, Sir”
cannot buy it for some reasons? Maybe it is just the right
time to have it in just one SNAP! Start thinking of the food
that you want to eat almost every day!
Direction: Imagine that there is a Fairy Godmother who can
give you the food you wish to eat every day. Write them it
down on a clean piece of paper.
Question: Do you know that there might be foods from
your wish list which are not good for your health? Please
reserved your answers for you are going to used that as
we go along with our discussions. So please keep it for “Okay, Sir”
later.
