Proposal for Podcast

As required, we are proposing to conduct a Podcast. Please find below some of our
suggestions for the name of our podcast.
1. YAPYAP
2. BUZZWORTHY
3. POD-SQUAD
4. RADICAL VOICEs
5. CHITTER-CHATTER
6. HIT TALKS.
The Podcast will focus on the overview of the College Mission, Student Development by
HIT, the future Initiatives, etc. Starting with a brief introduction about the College,
discussing the achievements & recognition, infrastructure & facilities provided by the college
and ending with a good message.
We are planning to conduct the Podcast season-wise, with 3 episodes each. The duration for
each episode will be around 15 to 20 minutes.

 The guests to be invited for the Season 1 podcasts will be:

Episode 1: Dr. Archana Jasola (Respected Director).
Episode 2: Prof. Sudhir Badola (Respected Registrar).
Episode 3: Mr. Praveen Bansal (Dean Academics).

REQUIREMENTS:
 Sofa/Couch
 Center table with center-piece
 Water bottles
 HIT Banner
 Some decorative stand pieces
 Tripod Stand
 Mics & Wireless
 Banner for Background
 Script Card
 Soft box with stand

*Immediate requirements- as & when required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
 Permission for using Auditorium hall & Sound Equipments.

1. The Podcast will be in a Video format.

2. It will be uploaded on various websites & channels of college (Youtube,
Instagram, Facebook, College Official Website).
3. The Proposed Date for the podcast will be according to the availability of the
guests.
